Imho non sta bene ne sui vr nei sui gnr ne sugli ss. Per esempio quando canta nightrain, ok prende le note e canta bene, purtroppo la canzone parla di alcol e sballo e dovrebbe avere un approcio più grezzo. Idem civil war andrebbe cantata con cattiveria e incazzatura. E' molto espressivo sui toni medi, ma sui toni bassi e alti perde tantissimo.
L'unica che gli si addice è SCOM e quelle che ovviamente ha composto lui, il blues secondo me non gli appartiene.
Oggettivamente ha la voce poco versatile, sta bene negli alterbridge e stop.

On the heels of his solo album debut as #1 Rock Album and performing at some of the largest European outdoor Festivals, Slash launches his U.S. Summer tour.
The U.S. dates will feature vocalist Myles Kennedy who was also part of the European tour and received strong critical praise at shows like the Download Festival which had over 100,000 fans and Rock-Am Ring which had more than 70,000 concert-goers. Audiences in Europe were treated to a career-spanning Slash set list of songs from the new album which Kennedy provides vocals for two songs, along with Slash classics from Guns N Roses like “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, “Paradise City” and numerous Velvet Revolver, and Slash’s Snakepit favorites. Myles Kennedy Will Continue Touring With Slash Throughout 2011

Slash told The Pulse of Radio that ALTER BRIDGE singer Myles Kennedy will still tour with the legendary VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist next year, after ALTER BRIDGE's new album has been released. "We have it set up so that he does ALTER BRIDGE from October 'til January," he said. "And then we start up January through May or April. And then he does ALTER BRIDGE from May through — into July, and then we do July through August, September. And so we're just juggling. And then during those periods that we're off, I'm doing VELVET REVOLVER and hopefully we'll find a singer and get that together."

Slash told Philadelphia radio station WMMR last Friday (September 17) that he will likely be playing a gig with Ozzy Osbourne in the city in January, apparently as part of a tour together. The guitarist did not elaborate further. Slash will end his current U.S. tour on October 6 in Los Angeles, while Ozzy begins a month-long North American run in early November. Neither has announced plans for 2011 yet.

...anke se obiettivamente è venuta na ciofeca... :)

Certo ke Kennedy è veramente impegnato:

fino a gennaio con gli Alter Bridge, poi da gennaio fino ad aprile/maggio con Slash, da maggio a luglio di nuovo con gli Alter Bridge, e da luglio a settembre ancora con Slash...

...sicchè di VR si riparla FORSE nel 2012...
