Poco originale, ma è un bel blues cmq, molto led zep

bè, giudizio parziale dopo un paio d ascolti...

riff banalotto, sembra di sentire i nuovi skynyrd... la cosa peggiore probabilmente è la melodia a lagna delle liriche, moooolto ripetitive, per la prima parte iniziale del pezzo non facevo che aspettare lo stacco e l'assolo, che non m'è dispiaciuto a dir la verità.. prima di questo un momento Zeppeliniano, complimenti al cantante,tra l altro i wolfmother non mi dispiacciono...

bò, il pezzo non fa schifo, ma mi sembra più che altro ne carne ne pesce.. mi riservo da ulteriori commenti quando l avrò ascoltato più approfonditamente...

SLASH TO RELEASE SINGLE 'BY THE SWORD' MARCH 28TH- HEAR IT HERE + SLASH TALKS ABOUT A7X

The first single from SLASH'S impending Self Titled album will be By The Sword, a track featuring Wolfmother's Andrew Stockdale on vocals. The track will be made available as a digital single.

By The Sword was premièred earlier this week on Spinner.com, but you can also hear it here now, in the player below.

Another artist to feature on the album is M Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold, and in the clip you can watch HERE, you can hear Slash talking about why he chose to work with him on the album.

'Slash' will be available as a digital album from the 5th April, a special edition Classic Rock fan-pack (which includes a special edition of the album with bonus track, a special edition of the magazine detailing Slash's career and other goodies) from April 7th and a standard CD album from May 10th.

Be In Slash's Music Video for "By The Sword"
Slash and Andrew Stockdale of Wolfmother will be shooting a music video for "By The Sword" next Saturday, April 3rd, and Sunday, April 4th, in the Los Angeles area and would like you to be a part of it.

We're looking for 75 male/female extras, 18-22 years old of all ethnicities.
Punk/Rock 'n Roll types preferred as this will take place in a concert crowd/mosh pit setting.
We'll need you to be available for a long day of 12-14 hours, as you guys will be a major creative factor in the video. We will need people to crowd surf and slide down a tube.
All of this will require people prepared to take clear direction.

Please note there is no pay involved, however, we will provide lunch and drinks.

Important: Extras must be willing to get dirty in their own clothing.

L'album sarà disponibile in digitale dal 5 aprile, nell'edizione speciale di Classic Rock dal 7 aprile, mentre il cd 'classico' uscirà il 10 maggio.

X qto riguarda la canzone: a me nn è dispiaciuta, e c'ho colto ank'io degli apprezzabili tratti 'zeppeliniani'. X carità, nn è una hit spacca classifiche, ma nn è neanke una merda...oltretutto il singolo di lancio NON doveva essere questo, ed ecco magari spiegato il motivo x cui sono indietro col video. Slash voleva cm primo singolo il brano con Ozzy, ma siccome questi ha un album in imminente uscita, s'è dovuto fare marcia indietro.
